How to Link Canadia Account with Bakong Account in Bakong App

Open Canadia Bank App and click Activate by account or CID Number

Kindly ensure to check and verify your mobile banking notifications frequently.
Enhance your account security by enabling Face ID/Fingerprint login in Canadia mobile banking settings.
For added security, consider turning on Face ID/Fingerprints for payments and transfers in Canadia mobile banking settings.
Protect your account with an additional layer of security by activating the Secret Word feature in Canadia mobile banking settings.
Avoid scanning QR codes from unknown individuals or transferring money to an unknown person.
Ensure transaction accuracy by always verifying the receiver's name before processing any transactions.
Do not share PIN and OTP with anyone, including individuals who may claim to be from the bank.

With the latest version of the Bakong App, you can now link your Canadia Bank CASA accounts (current account/savings account) into Bakong App, transfer funds from your CASA accounts to your personal Bakong wallet, check your CASA accounts balance, view past transactions between your CASA accounts and Bakong wallet, and unlink your CASA accounts from Bakong App Download PDF.

Open Bakong App and log in into your Bakong Account
On homepage, click on “Add account”
In search box, type and select “Canadia Bank”
On bank account verification page, enter the following:
1. Username: Canadia Customer ID (CID)
2. Password: Existing PIN Code (6 Digits) on Canadia Bank App
Enter your SMS OTP sent to your mobile
Enter your Canadia Bank account number, click “Confirm”
After successfully linking your Canadia Bank account with Bakong App, you can click on your Canadia Bank Account to check your balance and make deposits to your Bakong account.
