Company:

• Company must be operating for at least 2 years in Cambodia with a sustainable income
• Company MOA
• Certificate of registration
• Valid patent and/or business license for the current tax year
• Valid ID/passport of all shareholders
• Financial statement for the last 2 years
• Bank statements
• Title deed
• Other supporting documents such as invoices, purchase orders, supply agreements, leasing agreements, etc.

Individual:

• Business must be operating for at least 2 years in Cambodia with a sustainable income
• Valid ID/passport
• Residential/family book
• Title deed
• Valid patent and/or business license for the current tax year
• Bank statements
• Other supporting documents such as invoices, purchase orders, supply agreements, leasing agreements, etc.
